NEW YORK, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. announced Friday that Patrick J. Healy, managing director at Hellman Friedman LLC, resigned from the board of directors.

His primary focus is on the media, financial and professional service industries and the firm's European activities. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Healy, who graduated from Harvard College and the Harvard Business School, was employed by James D. Wolfensohn Incorporated and at Consolidated Press Holdings in Australia. |
